Hi all, We're considering getting a self-checkout station at our library. If you have one, I'd love to hear your thoughts. -What make and model do you have? Do you like it? Are there any features you wish it had? -Did you see more theft after adding it? -Do you restrict what types of items people can check out on it? (no AV or Library of Things, etc) -Does it save staff time, or do they end up spending more time helping people use it? Please reply off-list. I can compile results for anyone interested.
