Hi all, We are looking in to setting up an online portal for suggestions. I was wondering how you all handle staff/patron suggestions? * Do you have the old-fashioned box or do you use an online portal? * Is the online portal just for staff or do patrons have access to it as well? * What online portal do you use? * Has it been effective? * Is there a cost?
