I do know that you can create your own game for kids to play, so that would probably be something to look into if there was a specific program theme in mind. Since they can be accessed and played in perpetuity, I think it would probably lend itself well to passive programing with rewards given by the library for certain achievements in the game or even something as simple as a publicly posted "leaderboard." I'm not sure how technical it is to make games on there though.
