Hello, I am wondering if anyone has a staff conceal carry policy that you wouldn't mind sharing? Our outdated "current" staff policy that says that any staff member possessing explosives or firearms or attempting to bring either onto Library premises is in violation of our work rules. This policy was written about 20 years ago and isn't taking into consideration that staff members may legally conceal carry, which would include locking a fire arm in their vehicle, should they so choose.
