Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of professional library principles, practices and techniques; knowledge of children's and young adult books, authors and reference materials; ability to prepare and conduct children's programs and story times. Duties: Under the supervision of the Branch Manager and working closely with MADL Youth Services Coordinator plans and provided children's and teen programs for the Norton Shores Branch and other MADL branches. Responsible for branch collection development and book selection in the children's and young adult area. Acts as Branch Manager when necessary.
