Here's a summary: - Some libraries don't bother ordering and just print as needed. - Some libraries ordered forms and still haven't gotten them. - Some didn't know that we needed to order Michigan forms so they're in the same boat we are. - To order Michigan forms, email Heather at TreasForm2Me@michigan.gov - To order IRS forms, email WI.TFOP.Administrator@irs.gov to request an 8635 order form. We have Federal forms, but I'll try emailing to request Michigan forms. I'm not sure if I'll get forms this year or not, but it's worth a try. Have a great day!
