Good afternoon: As I am sure many of us are facing the same struggles regarding supplies, I reached out to my county commissioner liaison about this. I also reached out to the commissioner who is the liaison with our local health department district. Yesterday I was directed by my county commissioners to a great resource, and I wanted to share it with everyone on the list. https://www.michiganbusiness.org/covid19/ [1] There is a link for COVID-19 virtual procurement and donation assistance forms. I had to answer a few questions related to my business, and with in 24 hours I heard from a procurement specialist. Granted the vendors listed you must purchase the supplies from, but it is someplace to start once we are allowed to reopen. Stay Healthy! Amy -- Amy Knepp, Director Oscoda County Library 430 W. This is great Amy. We do have this resource listed on our Friday meeting, April 10, notes for library directors as well in the “re-opening planning” section. If you are a library director you should be getting emails with a link to this document a couple of times a week from LM and directly to your inbox. We would love to hear from libraries that receive responses or experiences with this resource form MEDC. Shannon Shannon White Library Development Manager Library of Michigan, 702 W.
