A while back there was a discussion on Wonder and Vox books here on michlib, and I exchanged emails with a library that removes the soundbox from worn Wonderbooks and glues them onto replacement books.

I'm attempting it myself for the first time, and was wondering if anyone has done this and has any advice for me?

Namely, how do you get the foam adhesive off the soundbox once you've pried it from the book, and what kind of adhesive do you use to glue it to the new book?
