Hope this helps everyone. I sent my question to WI.TFOP.Administrator@irs.gov. I was amazed to get such a quick response but happy I could pass this along even though there is no firm time commitment. Part of my question was whether the program was still active. Based on this, it seems to be so, just running behind schedule.
