We are a district library with two buildings that are owned by our local municipalities. We share some of the building expenses such as heating and a/c maintenance, roofing repairs, etc. We pay our own utilities.
If you have a similar situation could you please e-mail me a copy of your agreement or lease? We are planning to negotiate a new lease and would like some comparable leases to review.
