Here is the language in the Bill: Library board positions limited to residents under bill Township library board candidates must be a qualified elector in the township where they are running under a bill concurred by the Senate this week. SB 546, sponsored by Sen. Dave Robertson (R-Grand Blanc Chtr. Twp.), will be sent to Gov. Rick Snyder for signature.
