Good morning fellow library-landers;

I am interested in policies that you might have that defines your “active” cardholders, the duration of their membership and when expired accounts are purged.  My library board in interested in instituting changes in how we count and report our patron base.  Could you share your library’s the written policy?  If others are interested, I’ll compile and share.
