I’m excited to share that I’ve joined the Advisory Board for ThriveLib: Reclaiming Joy, Balance, and Boundaries in Libraries, a new virtual conference taking place August 12–14, 2025.

This event is different. It’s centered on the well-being of library workers, not just patrons, and was built by a team of library professionals who care deeply about creating healthier, more sustainable workplaces.

As a board member, I’ve had the privilege of helping shape the vision for this inaugural year. Topics include burnout, disability justice, boundaries, inclusive leadership, and more.

What to expect:
