Business Manager (full-time)
Loutit District Library seeks an organized and energetic individual to work up to 40 hours per week as Business Manager. Job duties include managing purchases, accounts payable and receivable, daily cash accounting and deposits, reconciling bank accounts monthly, preparing monthly financial reports, assisting in preparation and management of budget, assisting in annual audit, monitoring library contracts, managing bidding process, managing HR duties, including bi-weekly payroll.
This position may include occasional evening or weekend work. Applicants must possess at least a four-year college degree, must have prior business management experience, must possess outstanding organizational and communication skills, and have the ability to work a flexible schedule. Experience working in a fast-paced public library preferred.
