Hello everyone,

If you provide bonuses to your staff members, what are the parameters:  is it based on hours or years worked, or do you give everyone with a positive annual evaluation the same amount, for instance?  Does the director receive a bonus with different criteria?

BTW, we're a Class I library, with part-time employees and a full-time director (me) if that matters for the answers.
