The Library of Michigan now provides access to training opportunities from
People Connect Institute (PCI) Webinars supported by LSTA funds. This includes four live webinars a month and access to a growing catalog of more than 200 archived PCI sessions inside our
Niche Staff Skills Academy. Don’t miss categories such as:
- Children/Young Adult
- Customer Service
- Leadership/Management
- Readers’ Advisory/Collection Management
- Wellness/Interpersonal Skills
Michigan library staff can access registration to the live PCI Webinars by viewing the training/event session information on our list of
upcoming training events. The PCI Webinar title and a description of the session will be followed by a link to register for the event directly with PCI in their registration system. PCI will provide communication and follow up messaging about the GoTo
Meeting link to use, etc. to participate in the live webinar.
Any member of the Michigan library community may participate in the live and recorded content.
