If anyone is interested. You'll just need to customize it for your library!  It's 8.5"x11", folded in half.

Let me know if you have any trouble accessing it. I took our logo out but left the QR code in. If you have any questions about how to create a QR code, please feel welcome to ask me! Or just get rid of it!
