[Michlib-l] Looking for user conduct policies, specifically disciplinary procedures for patrons

We're having issues with teens (we were good for a few years, and here we are again), so looking to perhaps fine-tune our disciplinary procedure. Looking to see what's working with other libraries. I'll compile and share any/all replies. Thank you! Amber Hughey
