[Michlib-l] Request for Information on newspaper digitization project

Hello, I am looking for advice on how to implement a newspaper digitization project. Has anyone successfully accomplished this in the recent past? Did you use a service or buy any specialized equipment and do it in-house with library staff? How much did you digitize (how many years' worth of newspapers) and how long did it take?
