Northern Michigan University seeks a dynamic, innovative leader, with a demonstrated record of scholarship and service, to be the Director of Lydia M. Olson Library.  This person will oversee all aspects of Olson Library, providing leadership and administrative guidance needed to support its mission to support scholarship, creativity, and civic engagement. They will work collaboratively within a shared governance, collective bargaining environment with staff, students, faculty, administration, and external community members.
