Thanks to a suggestion from TLN’s Steve Bowers, we have added a Professional Development category for staff training presenters. Go to https://nrr.ninja/
and click “Search Programs”, then select “Professional Development” under “Program Type”. Currently, the drop down menu under “Professional Development Type” has only two categories: “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion” and “Organizational Change”.
So this is where you come in. If you have hosted a “No Reservation Recommendation” staff day trainer, please consider adding them to the database. Since “Professional Development” is a new category, if your person does not fit into either category, we will ask you to “Submit a Program” and provide the suggested Type under “Other”.
We are excited about this new feature and hope you will populate it as you encounter great trainers!
