Hello Everyone,

 

I got an ad for training from the Institute for Educational Development.  The training is specifically for working with difficult people.  I am interested in having some staff take the training but I have not had experience with them and the price is rather high.  If anyone has either experience with the institute or have had the training specifically, I would appreciate it if you could share with me.
