Albion District Library is now accepting applications for a Part-time Circulation Assistant
Albion District Library is a Class III district library located just off a true downtown brick street in beautiful small-town Albion in Calhoun County, Michigan. It serves the City of Albion, Albion Township, and a large portion of Sheridan Township.
Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Circulation Manager, the Circulation Assistant will serve the public on the circulation desks, shelve and retrieve materials, assist patrons with library equipment and technology, and other duties in support of circulation activities. Schedule includes day, evening, and weekend hours, as scheduled.
Salary and Benefits
This is a part-time, hourly position scheduled for 24-32 hours per week. Benefits include paid holidays, vacation (after one year), and sick leave (after 6 months). Wage range is $10.50-11.00/hr, depending on qualifications.
