We received this email too. It was not from a patron at any Public Library for the Blind in Michigan. I think they're selling talking signage.

We have received two similar requests from different people. We have heard these people are associated with a company who sells a product that provides this. Likely SPAM, but we
have begun looking into other ways the library may be more helpful to those with vision issues.

ex:I may want to stop by Bridgman Library at some point, so I wanted to send a quick note as a blind future visitor.--For me, an independent library visit would mean more than being welcomed inside. It would mean understanding the layout enough to find the main areas I need with dignity and confidence.
Could your team ever consider something that helps with that?
