Good morning,
I am looking to adjust my Employee Handbook policies to include a separate section about on-call Substitute Assistant Librarian training. Usually our subs are retired staff who are already trained, but I want a section in there in case I ever need to train
someone who will solely be a substitute librarian assistant. I am looking for sample policies addressing training new employees as substitute librarians for anyone willing to share with me.
