[Michlib-l] Going Fine-Free

Hello to all my library friends! I was wondering if any of our fine-free libraries would be willing to share their policies for non-returned items? For example, I'm looking for how long the library waits to assess a replacement fee? How do they determine what to charge, etc? What other penalties might be assessed for non-return? Many thanks!
