On Thursday, Aug. 2, MCLS and the Library of Michigan will be hosting instructors from the Disney Institute to offer a one-day program called, "Disney's Approach to Quality Service." This event will take place at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi, MI, and is open to staff of Michigan libraries. It is especially intended for front-line staff.

This full-day program will include a light, continental breakfast, lunch, and all necessary materials. While it is valued at over $400/person, the Library of Michigan is highly subsidizing it, and the registration fee is only $50! In order to maximize the number of libraries who can gain this valuable information, registration is limited to 5 staff members from each library system.
