Project Outcome is dedicated to helping libraries of all shapes and sizes learn to measure outcomes and take action using the results. Project Outcome is partnering with TechSoup for Libraries to present the upcoming webinar Measuring Program Outcomes: A Toolkit for Small Libraries, Wednesday, May 4, 2016, 1-2:00 PM CDT, specifically aimed toward small and rural libraries interested in getting started with outcome measurement. Project Outcome recently upgraded the survey portal to better serve larger library systems. All libraries can now easily customize their survey titles in order to keep track of multiple surveys across multiple branches simultaneously.
