[Michlib-l] Training Recommendations

Hey all, We’re planning an all-staff in-service for our system this fall. As part of the sessions throughout the day, we’re hoping to offer both library-oriented customer service training and separate DEI training. Can you please share any recommendations you might have for either of these types of trainings?
