[Michlib-l] question about lysine:arginine ratio

I have a patron who would like to know the lysine : arginine ratio for brown rice and quinoa. I have found multiple lists with this information (with no source), but none of them have the ratio for brown rice or quinoa. Does anyone know where to find this type of information?
