Dear Directors,

Our building and contents insurance is through Michigan Township Participating Plan which goes through BHS insurance. This year we paid over $12,000 for coverage last year was a little over $10,000. Has anyone else had a large hike in premiums? The coverage is $3.5 million on the building and $850,000 for contents plus technology.
