I concur. I attended a couple of Mary's cooking demonstrations & tastings in the area. When we heard that she did library programs, we invited her to Plymouth for a demonstration on preparing easy and healthy meals. Patrons loved it and are asking us to have her back soon.

In SE MI, I highly recommend Mary Spencer of Taste, A Cook's Place. She has done two cooking classes for us, Instant Pot cooking and Sheet Pan dinners. Patron's love her. She will be back in the fall for Cast Iron skillet
cooking. She's an excellent teacher, demonstration style, and provides good size samples for the attendees.
