TFOP Alert: 2022 – 2023 Ordering Process
Thank you for participating in the Tax Form Outlet Program. We appreciate your patience with the delay in getting the 2022 Form 8635 Order for Tax Forms Outlet Program (TFOP) distributed.
In efforts of streamlining the process of getting products to you, this year we will place orders for all active TFOP accounts that ordered products last filing season. The order placed for each account will reflect the products and quantities ordered last year on the 2021 Form 8635 Order for Tax Forms Outlet Program (TFOP).
For the upcoming tax season, the Form 1040 and Form 1040 SR booklets are discontinued and are now separate products. You may receive Form 1040, Form 1040 SR, Inst 1040, Form 1040 SP, Form 1040 SR SP, and/or Inst 1040 SP.
For those that did not order products last season or if you require additional products and quantities, please use the 2022 Form 8635 Order for Tax Forms Outlet Program (TFOP) that will be sent to you in January of 2023 to submit a reorder for additional items.
Products will begin to ship early to mid-January of 2023 and we do not expect there to be any shipping delays.
Lastly, our delay in getting the 2022 Form 8635 Order for Tax Forms Outlet Program (TFOP) distributed will have no impact on the due date for filing taxes.

Need to Change or Cancel an Order?
As soon as you are aware that a change or cancellation is necessary, contact us at WI.TFOP.Administrator@irs.gov. In the email Subject line, type "Order Change" or "Cancel Order" and your TFOP account number. We will attempt to change or cancel the order before processing begins.

Hope this helps everyone. I sent my question to WI.TFOP.Administrator@irs.gov. I was amazed to get such a quick response but happy I could pass this along even though there is no firm time commitment. Part of my question was whether the program was still active. Based on this, it seems to be so, just running behind schedule.
