The Friends of Michigan Libraries (FOML) is pleased to announce that the Friends of Bayliss Public Library, Sault Ste Marie, Michigan will receive the 2013 Outstanding Friends of Michigan Libraries Award at the FOML annual membership meeting and workshop on April 3 at the Canton Public Library.
