Our Library just started loaning AT&T Moxee hotspots and now we are experiencing problems with them-"NO Service"  when they were working just fine yesterday, an hour ago etc.


I am going to call AT&T, but I thought the collective wisdom might have some pointers. And yes I have read the quick manual and the longer one and viewed some  tutorials and help pages.


Any suggestions?
