The Howell Carnegie District Library Board of Trustees is pleased to announce the selection of Holly Ward Lamb as the new Library Director effective January 1, 2018. Holly has been an integral part of the Howell Library team for the past 24 years, operating as our highly respected Head of Youth Services Department.
