E-Rate EPC Access
Technical Assistance Webinars

All E-Rate related activities will now take place in the Universal Service Administrative Company's (USAC) new portal,
the E-Rate
Productivity Center (EPC). The TRIG E-Rate Activity will be hosting four technical assistance webinars for EPC access and to discuss any concerns the field may have regarding EPC. Beginning October
23, 2015, there will be weekly webinars held on Fridays from 10 - 11 am that will assist libraries and
school districts with problems with account access in EPC.
The dates of the webinars are 10/30
10-11 a.m., 11/6 10-11 a.m., 11/13
10-11 a.m., and 11/20 10-11 a.m.
