[Michlib-l] Better World Books Library Discards & Donations

Hi, Has anyone used Better World Books Library Discards & Donations. I seem to remember hearing that it wasn't as easy as advertised, but I can't remember where I heard that. I'd like to know what experiences libraries have had using the service. Thanks!
