This is a hard question to answer. I think it really depends on the make up of each community. I believe it would be a plus for us. We have not had paper forms for probably six years now. Mailing to those who look for the paper forms would work well here. But I can see your point Marquette. So I don't think there is an answer that would work for everyone.
