Greetings Michigan Libraries,

We are currently using old-fashioned pen and paper to track statistics for reference desk interactions. I've seen digital products used for this purpose in the past, but searching now, every reference I'm coming up with is from 10-12 years ago. If you have a program or platform to track your statistics digitally, what are you using?
