Our city has offered to sell us the building, but no details of sale price or other has been worked out. We are a district library.  Has anyone been through this and can tell me an idea of what the sale price was?  Pros and cons to owning our own building?  I am hoping to find support for the city selling it to us for a $1 or something like that.   Thanks.
