Of six responses, 5 libraries used PaperRetrievers.com. They were formerly called Abitibi, and they no longer pay for the paper collected.

Only negative was that they do not collect cardboard or phone books.

One library used a local waste disposal company and got $17  for an "SUV full of leftover tax forms"
