[Michlib-l] sample district library agreements

Hi, We are a Class 2 city library trying to form a district with two townships with whom we currently have contracts. Our District Library Planning Committee is in its beginning stage and would like to see district library agreements from other libraries, especially if they feature funding methods that include more than just a millage.
