For the month of June, the Stay Well program is offering 5 weekly online discussion groups, including one in Spanish. In addition, they will feature 3 multi-week workshops (2 are for teens) beginning in June.

Descriptions and links for all are found here, and each have a corresponding graphic. MDHHS encourages public libraries to add 1, 5 or all 8 posts to your social media calendar this month!
