The next FOML Trustee Alliance workshop is called "Strategic Thinking, Strategic Planning: How Trustees Can Plan for Success" and it's coming up on Friday,
April 24, 2015 at the Rochester Hills Public Library!
We have special guest speaker Sarah Ann Long returning once again and her topics include:
·
"The Value of Strategic Planning & Steps Toward Achievement"
·
"Assessing Your Plans: How Do You Measure Success?"
·
"How Strong Is Your Board? Board Development Strategies"
·
"Director-Board Relationships: Working Together for Success"
·
"The Quality Service Audit Checklist (QSAC): How Statewide Measures Can Improve Public Library Service" – S. White, Library of Michigan
FOML Trustee Alliance workshops are a great time to network with other Trustee groups, tour the Rochester Hills Public Library, and spend a day learning how to support
your library!
This project is funded (in part) with a Library Services and Technology Act grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services administered by the Library of Michigan.
You can also register online here.
If you'd like to also attend the FOML Friends Group workshop on Thursday, April 23rd, register online here.
Remember, 2015 FOML Trustee Alliance members receive a discount. If you want to attend BOTH workshops, you save even more. I have attached a Trustee Alliance Membership form
for you in case you haven't had time to renew your membership yet.
I hope to see you there!
