I work at a class 4 library with a staff size of about 20 and we’ve recently started evaluating our program load. We have a few questions.

1. How many programs do you have in a month/year?
2. What’s your staff size to sustain all of them? (per children's and adult department)
3. What’s your process of cutting programs?
