The Charlotte (Michigan) Community Library (CCL) is seeking its next Library Director.  CCL is a class IV (4) library with a service population of about 24,000, annual budget of about $758,000 and a funding millage of 1.4000 mils (expiring in 2028).  Masters in Library Science Degree from an ALA-accredited program required.  Salary $55,000. – 60,000. with an excellent benefits package, dependent on qualifications and experience.

The Library Director reports to a seven-member board and is responsible for the overall management of the library and leading its dedicated staff of 14, in service of the Library's mission:  to provide materials and service, which will furnish opportunities for educational, informational, recreational, and cultural needs of the community.
