Greetings, everyone! We have recently joined the E-Rate ranks but are having difficulty using our existing equipment for filtering (this is a tech issue, very far out of my realm). I'm wondering: if you're currently filtering, what kind of software/system your library is using, pros and cons. Thanks in advance for any time you can spare for this question.
