[Michlib-l] reference collections

Hi I'm wondering what others have done with collections of MI Compiled Laws, Michigan Administrative Codes and Michigan Manuals? It looks to me like the compiled laws are available only back to 2013 on the state's page and public acts back to 1998 and the manuals back to 1999. Any input or advise from those of you much more knowledgeable would be appreciated!
