The Library of Michigan normally does two broad evaluation of our services each year. We do this so we can provide data to the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) that is required with our award of Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) funding.

This fall survey covers the following programs:

• Wandoo Reader
• LM’s Professional Development Collection and NASA Circulating STEM Kits
• MeL eResources
• MeLCat

If you have participated in or used the programs or services above in the past year we hope you can provide some quick feedback through this survey.  If you can take a moment to add your opinion we will have the data we need to report back to IMLS the main funder of these programs.  You can submit a response for one or more of the programs/services listed above.

Please share the survey with other staff in your library that may have used of the programs listed above as well.  We really appreciate all that have provided responses during the year to our two annual surveys.
